TMS App (for Android and Windows)

TMS App for iOS will not happen anytime soon: you absolutely need a Mac to package for Mac or iOS, while I can package for Android and Windows directly from Linux. Moreover, you need an actual iPhone to test your deployment while Android possesses an emulator. Finally, a subscription in Apple's AppStore is 90$ per App, while in Google's PlayStore it's 25$ per account...

Two revision updates have been published since :-) r1 for "remember me" feature and multiline text display, r2 to fix the radio on arm64 platforms.
